CHLL House Rules
Capitol Hill Little League is affiliated with Little League International and follows their rules and regulations. CHLL also maintains specific house rules for all divisions, which all players and coaches are required to follow. While the CHLL house rules outline general game rules, they also describe the league's sportsmanship and safety guidelines.
Volunteer Code of Conduct
Capitol Hill Little League has implemented a Volunteer Code of Conduct for the important message it holds about the proper role of league volunteers in supporting children in sports. All volunteers must read, understand and acknowledge this form prior to participation in our league.
Parent Code of Conduct
Capitol Hill Little League has implemented a Parent and Guardian Code of Conduct for the important message it holds about the proper role of parents and guardians in supporting children in sports. Parents and guardians must read and understand this form prior to their child’s participation in our league. Any parent or guardian displaying improper conduct at any game or practice will be asked to leave the sports facility and be suspended from attending the following game. Repeat violations may cause a multiple game suspension, or the season forfeiture of the privilege of attending all games.
Call Up Policy
To eliminate the need to forfeit or reschedule games, call-ups may be requested only if a manager faces a forfeit with less than 9 rostered players available for an entire game. Eligibility for a call up is limited to the following divisions: Juniors Baseball, Majors Baseball, AAA Baseball, Juniors Softball, Majors Softball, and AAA Softball.
